Cafe Alsace - French Casual Restaurant Since 1997

Cafe Alsace - French Casual Restaurant Since 1997

Alsace is the eastern region of France on the border of Germany and Switzerland. You find a strong Germanic influence in Alsacian food (Sauerkraut and pork dishes, spaetzle, onion pie).

Café Alsace tries to present a few of these typical dishes as well as seasonal, classic French fare including Cassoulet, Bouillabaise, Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin and other dishes.

Café Alsace was opened in 1997 by owner/chef Benedicte Cooper, a native of Alsace.

Benedicte's expertise in French cuisine and her knowledge of homemade family recipes creates wonderful French meals.

Our wait staff speaks French and is happy to give more details about the menu and can recommend pairing wines.

Bon Appetit et bonne soiree!
